Terms of Service

Shipping/Guarantee/Payment:
1 All worms are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS priority mail unless other arrangements are made.
2 Worms are shipped Monday - Wednesday, unless other shipping arrangements have been made.
3 Live arrival guarantee applies if shipment is accepted on the first delivery attempt, within a 2 day shipping time frame and if the temperature is between 40-85 degrees Fahrenheit. Anything outside house parameters is up to the purchaser's discretion.
4 If you are not home when the first delivery attempt is made, the live arrival guarantee is void.
5 Payment methods include: Paypal, credit card (through Paypal), money order, personal check. Personal checks will be held 7-10 business days to ensure clearance.
6 DOA must be reported within the first 24hr period of receiving the package. The worms will be replaced, no cash refunds!

Due to popular demand we are now offering 25-ct cups to our customers! These cups come with 25 worms and enough food to raise them to the 1.5”. These are great for your smaller animals that cannot handle the giant 4” worms.

 

 

 

25-ct cups are packed with 1/2”-3/4” worms so they do not grow to fast before you get them!

 

 

 

 

Instructions for keeping:

 

 

Since we only put enough food in these cups for ALL the worms to reach the 1.5” size, this means a few things. First, if you allow some of your worms to pass that 1.5” size, they will eat the rest of the food and the other worms will not have enough to reach that size. Second, we have an easy way to stop this. 

 

 

If you notice that you have too many worms approaching the 1.5” size and not enough mouths to feed. Simply put the cup in the refrigerator at 40 degrees Fahrenheit and the worms will stop eating and growing.  We recommend two days in the refrigerator then one day out, you can repeat this cycle as often as needed until they are gone (we advise buying no more than a two week supply).  By putting them in the refrigerator you are making them slow down, so they do not require food and will not grow.  That way you are able to extend the life your worms and have them all become great food for your animals.  If you have any questions about this feel free to ask.
